Leasing Baltimore’s Second Chance Renters Program is designed to help those with less than perfect credit secure a lease for their new home despite their blemished credit.
To be considered for the program, the tenant must gross monthly 3 times the amount of the monthly rent, not have an open bankruptcy, be willing to have their rent payments automatically debited from their bank account, participate in our credit repair program and obtain renters insurance from our preferred insurance vendor.
Other stipulations and criteria are necessary to be met for final approval.
